Titans’ Head Coach – Vince Williams

Former Titans defenseman and fan-favorite Vince Williams has been named the first head coach of the re-established Trenton Titans. This will be the first head-coaching position for Williams, who served a five-year apprenticeship as an assistant coach with the Trenton Devils. “I’m very excited to get an opportunity like this,’’ said Williams, 35 and a native of Ottawa, Ont., who played in 336 games with the Titans, second behind Special Assistant to Hockey Operations Scott Bertoli. Titans Assistant Coach – Joe Trotta
Trotta joins the Titans after seven seasons as Video Coordinator for the Anaheim Ducks. In that role, he worked closely with the coaching staff in compiling all pre-scout and game film for review. Prior to joining the Ducks, Trotta served as Head Coach of the Los Angeles Jr. Kings, an 18-and-under AAA team, for two seasons. Goaltending Coach – Chris Kanaly
Noted goaltending consultant Chris Kanaly has named the Trenton Titans’ Goaltending Coach. Kanaly, 38, who played in the crease collegiately at Hofstra, has worked with several Junior-level teams and is the owner of Kanaly Goaltender Training and Team Kanaly Elite Hockey in Southampton.  He has trained over 150 goaltenders at different levels. Strength and Conditioning Coach – Vince Malts
Former ECHL player Vince Malts has joined the Trenton Titans staff as a Strength and Conditioning assistant. Malts, 32 and a native of Philadelphia, played five seasons (1999-2004) in the ECHL, appearing with Arkansas, Pee Dee, Charlotte, Augusta and Bakersfield. He is the Director of Hockey at Pro Skate in Monmouth Junction, the Titans’ Official Practice Facility and the owner of Evolving Athletes School of Hockey. Read More…
